I was little skeptical to make this cake but turned out better than I expected. The challenging part was of course the ponies. They are made by marshmallow fondant and the cake itself fresh strawberry with yellow cake. My marshmallow lollypops were last minute touch for the kids:))) Head accessories are made by candy beads..

Suprise Birthday Cake for my husband

I wanted to make a cake for my husband by using my new Cricut mini cake machine. I actually never used the machine before so I need to practice the machine more.. So far I loved it, loved the cake that I made too.

It is yellow vanilla cake with vanilla cream with fresh bananas covered with Marshmallow fondant. it took 6-7 hours from start to finish but totally worth it, if I did not spend time with experimental tryouts with the machine it would have definetly taken less time.

I wish I had some side pictures of the cake with the border I made with the Cricut but as soon as I found it I will post it here (I am assuming one of my part guests have it).
